When registering for the new session, a complete debit/credit card authorization form is required. The debit/credit card information provided is then kept on file for monthly auto payments. In order to keep the system organized, if you decide to pay on a monthly basis – payments will be automatically deducted from your debit/credit card.
Your card will be automatically charged between the 1st and 5th of each month. The 3% service fee will be waived. It is your full responsibility to keep our administration up to date with any card changes to avoid late fees.
If you prefer to pay by check or cash you must pay in two installments. The first installment will be from August 15th – December 26th, and the second installment will be from January 3rd – May 26th. If you chose this type of payment we offer 5% discount. We can not offer monthly payments by check/cash because it requires additional administrative work.
*August group classes will be pro/rated. All other months will be billed per month at the regular rate.
You are signing up and registering yourself for an annual year of classes. The kids will be gradually working on a few performances they will showcase at our Spring Recital. You may not interchange classes throughout the month. If you decide you want to switch a class, you may do so on the 1st of the following month. Starting the session, you can no longer switch classes since the class will be in preparation for the recital, unless you are of approved level by Lenny & Samantha. After registering for a certain amount of classes, you cannot lessen that amount (the payment that you commit to cannot degraded), but you may add additional classes.
Make Up Policy:
We will be very strict with makeup classes. The only excused absence is due to illness or family emergency. Students will be given 4 make up slips for the entire session. It is your responsibility to hang on to these slips and use them when making up a class. You may not use other students makeup splits. We will be taking strict attendance and if you attend extra classes than registered, you will automatically be billed the $20 drop in rate.
Dress Code Policies:
Beginner Ballroom & Latin Choreography
Dress code will be strictly enforced for beginner ballroom classes. You must have a dance uniform, that you may purchase from our store. If you prefer to bring your own uniform, it must be a black leotard and black dance skirt, no tutus allowed. T-Shirts for girls are not acceptable. Ballroom shoes are required. Hair must be slicked nicely into a bun, ponytail, or braid. You may not wear your hair down. Boys are to be dressed in a black t-shirt and black pants.
Latin/Standard Technique Classes
This class requires an assigned ‘technique dress’ that is available for purchase. All students are required to wear the same uniform for this class. If you are 11 years old or under, white dance socks are required. Hair must be slicked nicely into a bun or ponytail. You may not wear your hair down. Boys are required to wear the official practice shirt and pants that are available for purchase. *Technique class requires attention to detail, and children must look appropriate.
Pink tights and black leotard of any kind. Ballet shoes or socks. Hair slicked into a bun. Black t-shirt and shorts for boys.
Contemporary & Acro
Comfortable clothing. Must be barefoot. No socks allowed.
Comfortable clothing. Gym shoes only. No sandals allowed.
